Large sand & rubber Lunge Pen Floodlit 50 x 30m arena with new waxed sand & rubber chip surface (2019). Full set show jumps and arena mirrors. Heated coffee room, kitchen and toilet facilities. Extensive off road farm hacking and good local bridleway network. Wash down box with plenty of hot water. Indoor all weather turn out pen. Secluded lorry/trailer parking. Free WIFI around the yard.
